sef is telling me pages can not be found ?

url: www.apply2nursing.co.uk/

i have installed sef advance, and copied over the .htaccess file to my root folder.

Some of my links are working but none of my static page links are working ?

The homepage is a file called:
www.apply2nursing.co.uk/medical-career-s...-advice-service.html

the static page is called: Medical Career Support and Advice Service

but i get page not found, when it looks like it is functioning correctly ?
