Homepage Stopped Working - Works w/ SEF Advance OFF

Hi Emir,
My homepage at https://www.ei-resource.org has randomly stopped working with a redirect / server connection issue related to SEF Advance (and maybe me turning caching or CDN on).
All other pages on the site (strangely) still load normally. Only the homepage is affected. Myself and SiteGround Tech Support both realised if we turn off SEF Advance - then the homepage would load as normal.
I need to run SEF Advance as a lot of my content has 'paid for' elements - so the URLs can't change.
Any ideas? SiteGround solution was to turn SEF Advance OFF; which isn't a solution!
I really need this fixing quickly somehow. Happy to pay for SEF Advance update or your time. Thanks.
