Module menu assignement issue

on a Joomla 3.3.6 with SefAdvance 1.5.4 enabled I get a problem assigning module to menu.

Into Header A position (it's a Gantry based template), I have a module assigned to all menu items except one and another module assigned to that one. With Sef Advance enabled I see the first module on all pages.

the header image is the same instead.
