Hostgator & SEF Advance- anyone had successful story?

Hope I can hear from you some successful story, I failed to make the site run properly on hostgator, because of Ioncube loader.
Their support team say their SHARED HOSTING support Ioncube loader but NOT PHP Ioncube loader, I do not know what they mean.
Anyone had successful stories? will appreciate you let us know.
Currently we are trying hostgator business hosting (shared hosting).

Maybe they meant "they support Ioncube loader but NOT Ioncube encoder".

That's fine, the loader is all you need. Have a look on Joomla admin > Site > System Information > PHP Information
There you should see something like this picture.

It seems it was because the PHP.ini problem.
