big problem with relative url

hi, I have a big problem with relative url. When I put a relative url in an article it become wrong, because the section and the category of the page is also added besides the dominion.
for example in this page www.cellularihitech.it/Le-notizie/Ultime...Limited-Edition.html I inserted this relative url: cellulare/Nokia/Nokia-N96.html , but it become so: www.cellularihitech.it/Le-notizie/Ultime...Nokia/Nokia-N96.html
why this happen?

Check if SEF content plugin is published. You may also need to add base href tag to your header.
