SEF Configuration

I configured SEF ADV - I am continuing to get long URL's showing itemid's - what did I miss?

I see SEF Advance URLs: www.brianflemingonline.com/professional_...services_2007041334/

If you have non-sef links on some places that means they are hardcoded or added to menu as URLs, not components or content.

To understand completely - to get clean url's - I need to have only content and components linking from the menu?

All links within Joomla will be converted. But not those that are hardcoded. Hardcoded means added as absolute links like:
http://www....

If you add links like:
index.php?...
they will be converted though.
