SEF Advance instalation problem

Hello there,
I just purchased the SEF Advance component and some problem occured after instalation. Maybe I'm missing something, so please help.
I first used the trial version and now I bought the product. Trial was working OK but I uninstalled it and installed the new one (as it was written in the instructions). After that I tryed to open the configuration menu on the back end but it appeared as a blank screen. Do you have any idea why?

Blank screen could mean different things. If trial worked fine there is no reason why it shouldn't work. Try to uninstall and install again. If it still doesn't work send me the login info on mail and I will take a look.
