Dependency Issues

Hello,

I just bought your Ajax Register component for joomla, apparently is working well except for the dependency item. I did a copy of "State" in order to modified and add some cities in California when I tried to modified dependency field is empty (no options), then I tried to making a new field with radio buttons and select list, but dependency field show nothing in both.

Dependency field will populate with either select or radio (multiple) which has to be published. So check if they are published and they will create dependency.
