My test site page:
teamflores.com/joomcf/index.php?/Gallery/
Not all albums will open from gallery page when using sh404SEF. Is it possible to use this component with AJAX?
I turned the SEF off and the gallery worked great.

Try activating mod_rewrite in global administration which will eliminate "index.php" from URLs.
