sef and virtuemart

hello

Sorry for the daft question but i am new to the product and trying to test it quickly. Can one tell me if i need something special to get sef advance to work with virtuemart? Is there any plugin i should download?

i am using joomla 1.5 and the last version of virtuemart

Yes, you need an extension file if you want "pretty" URLs. Download it here: www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/

if i want to remove virtuemart from the url, i thought i just got to go to advanced and to that


virtuemart=>pieces-detachees

SEF ADVANCE 2008 + SEF Advance extension for Virtuemart 1.1.3  v1.2.4 2009-05-20

shows everywhere perfect and it's really nice good value for money!

Only in VM is a issue I can't find the solution, also not in sef_ext.php, I reinstalled it again like some one else in the Forum did, no success.

it looks like this:

www.sakic-knows.etc/virtuemart/surgery-products.html

Or more beautiful including the product number:

www.sakic-knows.etc/virtuemart/surgery-p...rgery-cutter-hp.html

The only setting is virtuemart in to categories like this in Replace : virtuemart=>categories

There must be a trick to catch this and have this?

All settings are in the correct order after reading all documentation about sef advance 2008, only this is the matter.

How to get this: "virtuemart" becomes "categories"
