Excuse me but now I'm having a lot of things to do... Post the sef_ext file and I will try it, I have a populated docman website and if necessary i will post errors.

I can't post it because it's not ready yet. It would help if you would send me the dump of your Docman tables or send me the FTP access to your site. That would really speed things up.
