Disabling H1 on the frontpage......or others ?

It would probably be possible but I wonder if it's useful and why? We should keep in mind that the component should be as simple as possible, too many features add to complexity, contribute to performance downgrade and confuse the user so I don't want to add features that are not beneficial to majority of users.

But the close tag is still not at is right place
