After changing to YES the H1 feature, one of my modules titles in grupodeca.com.mx became to:

It's a Custom User module, I created with Joomla, this is the content of it:

Article titles?
I dont see article titles in the custom module.
did you mean the module title or the title tag inside the <a> tag?
If you use article title just strip tags before you display it.
