Getting some 404's

Hello,

after installing sef i noticed that some pages turn into 404.
thats a bit odd as the pages are there.
i dont see any weird things anywhere..
it also gives 404 ,page cannot be found..
Any idea what can be wrong?

Your replies are getting shorter by the day Emir..
I found a FAQ about the AE thing but that didnt had any effect on my links...
I renamed some links and that seems to solve it.
