So i just wanted to know is there a chance to somehow change link like this one

www.site.com/category/Ã…Â  ausmas-ķimeņu-ciemā

to:

www.site.com/category/Sausmas-kimenu-ciema

without using the double  =>aa

You can put whole words as replacements, like:
Å ausmas=>Sausmas,ķimeņu=>kimenu,ciemā=>ciema
or, alternatively, you can use short URLs having "Sausmas kimenu ciema" as category alias (title).
