Errors in the Server Log

Getting this lots, does anyone know what is causing it ??

Is this with SEF Advance 2008? I run with full reporting on but haven't seen that.

This is with 2008, with no other components running, If you look in your apache error log you may see it, is there anyway to stop it, it seems very sparodic, and doesnt log for every page

I can't replicate this issue. My error log does not contain this. Can you try to locate the exact setting/procedure how to replicate the error?

The logs seem to show it randomly, I have tired doing many things to get it to show, and it seems to do so all of its own accord.

I could give you login details for the site and access to the error log so you can see my config and the errors for yourself.
