pro desk and sef advance

Hi does anyone run pro desk and sef advance and get them to work?
I have to turn the prodesk component off in the sef advance settings for the pages to work but i have non sef urls such as
www.medicalinterviewuk.com/index.php?opt..._pro_desk&Itemid=114
any help appreciated
