Problems with JCAL Pro

I have problems using SEF Advance 2008 1.0 with JCAL Client 1.6 (Joomla 1.5.1):

When I disable SEF for JCAL in SEFA the links are changed from
SEF Advance disabled and Standard Joomla SEF disabled -> JCal works fine
orSEF Advance disabled and Standard Joomla SEF enabled -> JCal works fine

to
SEF Advance enabled (Component JCal excluded) and Standard Joomla SEF enabled -> JCal doesn't work


It's changing "&" to "&" and this does not work, I can't use different views in JCal.

When I use the attached sefa_ext.php and include JCal in SEFA I get the same result.

Any idea or solution?

I can't test it without a copy of the particular component.

I think I fixed this changing & to &, I was testing with Fireboard.
Please download version 1.0.1 and test.
