Ion Cube installed but Sef tell me that is not installed.

Hi,
I have installed Ioncube loader like you can see here: www.tomelloso.info/sef_advance_tester.php but when go to any option of the component in backend, give me error:
Site error: the file /home/tomell/public_html/administrator/components/com_sef/admin.sef.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.
Have updated to 5.5.5.
Could you help me?

Please contact your host. You will need a local php.ini file to point to ionCube loaders.

I can create a new file php.ini from my Cpanel but I don't now how setup this. Could you tell me how I can make this php.ini to point to my ioncube loaders, please. Thanks in advance. Regards.
