SEF Advance to solve language prefix missing in URLs issue?

Hello,
I am using Joomla 2.5.24 and Joomfish 2.5.1, with standard Joomla SEF.
Joomfish Basic Router plugin configuration is set to call for SEF Prefix in URLs, but the prefix is missing in URLs and all menu links.
So i am assuming this is Joomfish jfrouter.php problem, or perhaps Joomla menu module issue, not sure.
Does installing the SEF Advance component give me a chance to find a solution to my issue?
