Great, that worked a treat 
I used the Add Custom CSS extension, created a custom css file, dropped it into the main template folder, and set the link in the extension plugin.
joomla.impression-estudio.gr/add-custom-css/download.php
templates/purity_iii/thailandecotour-custom.css (nb, don't put a leading slash in the link)
