I will explain to you the procedure. When you select "Eu não sou associado" automatically the field "Formas de Pagamento" should appear, but it does not, as shown in figure 3.
In the first post, I talked about another mistake when you link more than 2 fields to an option.

There is no "Eu não sou associado" in the screenshots! Please, write an email with the access to the site with exact explanation and demo in English. Otherwise we are wasting time.
