What is the language ini file for AjaxRecommend called please? I cannot see it anywhere.

AJAX Recommend doesn't have any language file. The strings are defined in module parameters in admin.

In case you meant AJAX Register, it has language file in ./language/en-GB/en-GB.com_ajaxregister.ini
