Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/*****/public_html/components/com_k2/sef_ext.php requires a license file ../com_sef/key.txt. in Unknown on line 0

Hi there, I am getting the above message when I turn on Advance SEF. I have downloaded the K2 and XMAP files and put them in the components directory for each component. I assume this is not under the administrator / components / XMAP
or anything like that?

You probably have SEF Advance for Joomla 1.7 while you use K2 sef_ext.php extension for Joomla 1.5.
You will have to remove it, there is still no extension available for Joomla 1.7. K2 has only recently been updated for 1.7. I will be looking into building the new extension for 1.7 K2 soon.

Ah I see. Do you have an estimated time until this is ready? I can't really use this product unless it works with K2

Done! Extension for K2 is now compatible with K2 2.5 on Joomla! 1.7.
