Hi,

as I set a different path for the tmp folder, AJAX Register still writing the captcha.png on the standard tmp folder in the root.
the var $tmp_path is not use, because in the code we got: 'filePath' => JPATH_SITE.DS.'tmp'

OK, will have a look on this for next version. In the meantime you can change it yourself.
