Ajax Photo Album - No Tree

"On the left hand side you will see a tree populated by the albums that reside under your root directory that you setup in configurations."

I am not seeing the tree.  I have searched for other people with the same problem and have found no one.  Any ideas?

Also the frontend doesn't seem to be working correctly, as seen here:

I have heard nothing back, I am planning on launching the site soon and would very much like to have this software working.  Please let me know if I can do anything to help.  Also - my trial period is over, I am ready to purchase a registered version if I can make sure that it will work.  Please respond ASAP so I can finalize my plans.
