1. All copyrights to the code developed are exclusively owned by the author - Emir Sakic.

2. The author retains the rights to use the code developed for the customer for authors own purposes including but not limited to selling and distributing the code as well as contributing the code to GPL projects.

3. THE CODE DEVELOPED TO THE CUSTOMER IS DELIVERED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SCRIPT.

4. Before starting the project the customer will pay half of the agreed amount. Paying the deposit signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the custom work.
