1. All copyrights to AJAX Listing are exclusively owned by the author - Emir Sakic.

2. This license issued for AJAX Listing is:
A single site USAGE license. The purchaser of this license can use AJAX Listing on a single site / domain. For usage on more than one site user must buy additional licenses or buy a server usage license. Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use AJAX Listing as defined by these licensing terms, for any legal purpose.

3. To register you must send a registration fee to the author, see AJAX Listing homepage.

4. AJAX Listing IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SCRIPT.

5. AJAX Listing is NOT open source software. Buying it does not grant you access to its source code. Thus, AJAX Listing can not be modified appart from configurations described in its manual. AJAX Listing source code can not be received or bought.

6. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration, associated with the creation and use of AJAX Listing package.  Legally registered owners may use their copies of AJAX Listing to produce their own sites and to publish those free of any additional AJAX Listing royalties.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the licensed script, or any subset of the licensed script, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not distribute licensed script, or any part of the licensed script.
You may not reverse engineer the script in order to gain access to its source code.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. Installing and using AJAX Listing signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license do not purchase the product.
If you already purchased it, you must remove AJAX Listing files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
