Vodes for Joomla 1.5 native released

07.05.2009
VodesThe popular PayPal processor and crediting system - Vodes is now available for Joomla 1.5 native. Besides running natively in Joomla 1.5, this new version of Vodes introduces a plugin system for spending the credits on your Joomla site, a module for displaying available balance and additional configuration settings. And best of all: it's totally free!

Vodes allows your users to purchase credits (vodes) on your site. The component handles the payments adding the user credits automatically to database using the PayPal IPN system. It also offers administration of the credits and configuration in the backend. The transactions are logged and can be investigated in the admin too.

A plugin is included to allow you to restrict access to certain articles and require credits to read them. Additional plugins can easily be created and added to define spending of the credits according to your own needs. Also included is a module which displays your available credit balance.

The Vodes for Joomla 1.5 is following the native Joomla MVC pattern. A model is included which makes it even easier to implement the spending of the credits in your own applications. All extension parts are installed and uninstalled at once.

Testimonials
I'm just trying out the trial of SEF Advance for a new client site and I'm very impressed. This is actually the first SEF component that has seemed to work without a hitch, so I'll be purchasing this for all future client projects.
