Unable to install program

Hi Folks,

I am unable to install program  - it indicates another file occupies the com_sef space. I have been through all the exercises to rid OPENSEF administrator files, cache, php and xtml files - everthing I can think of  - I still can't get the component to upload.

I would appreciate any ideas.

Prior to installing SEF Advance please uninstall any other SEF component that you might had through the component installer. Also manually delete following directories using FTP:
./components/com_sef/
./administrator/components/com_sef/
