I'm using the JoomlaHacks Bridge with SMF.  I saw that another person who is using the other SMF bridge (Orstio's Bridge) was able to get something working, however I far prefer the JoomlaHacks bridge.  Is there any guidance you can give me in order to make SEF SMF using SEF Advance?

Thank you!

If you mean human friendly, advanced URLs then no unless the component author make an extension file. Again I am not supporting 3rd party components and not writing extensions for them.
There is a list of available extensions here:
http://www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/extensions/

I provide free license for developers, example files and support and I also wrote extensions for few popular components that I provide for free (no support). But that's about it as far as 3rd party components are concerned.
