No the URLs are not translated, instead the language code is added to URL.
It is still Joomfish compatible and you can use Joomfish. Of course you can translate your section and category names, but only the default name will be used in URL.
You can then access different language versions of your content with:
domain.com/en/page.html
domain.com/de/page.html
domain.com/fr/page.html
Thanks for your reply Emir.
mmm...
Maybe... the problem is not here.
Please leave me to give you an example.
My Joomla web site use two different languages with JoomFish.
Italian and English
I have the following STATIC CONTENT page:
English:
Page: Persian Cats.html
Italian:
Page: Gatti persiani.html
Italian is the default language.
SEF Advance is installed and $sef_fish is enabled.
SEF Advance make the following SEF URLS:
1)
http://domain.com/it/gatti-persiani.htmland
2)
http://domain.com/en/persian-cats.htmlSo ...
1) works and 2) doesn't workis it wright?
but it works
http://domain.com/en/gatti-persiani.htmlis it wright?
I'd like to have 2) working ... is it possible?
Gatti persiani.html and Persian Cats.html
are static content elements, and they are
added to a menu as link.
Maybe the problem is that SEF Advance don't work with static content URL translated?!?!
Let me know please.
thanks
