MyBlog & SEF Advance not working

I have a new joomla install - 1.5.7 and I'm trying to add myblog 2.0.1 Build 282 .

I have SEF Advance 1.7.1,    November 2008


With Joomla Global Config-Site->SEO Setting "Yes"  I can't write a new post. 


Is there a current sef_ext.php file for MyBlog?


FYI attached is the one that comes with the myblog release.
