SEF Advance is not grabbing the right Itemid when it's activated.
First of all, I followed the step in this FAQ:

I will tell you what I did:
1. Created a hidden Link - Content Item menu in othermenu, which I do not use, I only take Itemid of the recently menu item created, in this case is 45.
2. Created a Link URL menu in mainmenu to display a mtree category, I added to the link the Itemid 45, in this way I can now assign modules to this menu.

With SEF turned off everything works fine, but If I turn on SEF in Joomla, SEF Advance lost Itemid 45, it finds Itemid 35, which is the one for another menu I have.
