Advanced SEF causing template issue

Joomla 1.x  and the latest version of advanced sef. When sef is turned off the top menu and the sub menus work correctly. When the sef is turned on the menus do not change colors and the sub menu does not show under the about us link. Here is the url http://www.theturngroup.com/home.php
