in RSTickets!Pro when user reply his own ticket, this component doesn't work and reply don't send successfully. when disable SEF Advance, it works fine.

in sef advanced added new feature for ignored components when for example sef advance not find sef_ext.php on rsticket pro! in component folder, then rsticket pro url change to core sef url with router.php.
but owner ticket not send reply answer.
why?
