Is anyone else having a problem with avatars?  I want to make sure this has nothing to do with Emir's extension.

I can't modify or upload new ones at the moment.

Interesting you say that, since I added the sef ext I'm getting errors trying to upload images in general.

I'm getting this error trying to upload images:

Code: [Select]
Warning: move_uploaded_file(components/com_fireboard/uploaded/images/High_and_Mighty_Shock_and_Awe.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in components/com_fireboard/sources/fb_image_upload.php on line 87

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpi3FarX' to 'components/com_fireboard/uploaded/images/High_and_Mighty_Shock_and_Awe.jpg' in components/com_fireboard/sources/fb_image_upload.php on line 87

I wasn't/still not 100% sure it's due to this extension, but curious if other users are having image problems as well.

Fixed uploading of avatars. Download again and test.

Regarding upload of images and attachments, I don't think that has anything to do with the extension.

GREAT NEWS Emir! I'm a fan of your work. I think I purchased + or less 8 licences from you  :D and for sure I'll buy this SEF component for fireboard!

Thanks Emir! I installed the extension and I think it's working like a charm. If I found a bug I will post here.

The extension works great... I found one problem though and IT IS NOT A BUG but would like to see it fixed. I migrated a PHPBB forum to FB and it went  quite well. Well once I fired up FB with this awesome extension, I noticed post that had the same Thread Name would only show the original thread and not the new thread named the same thing. Since the clean URL has to show the thread, it defaults to the very first named thread... My idea to fix this, would be the way you handle content items Saka, appeand unique ID and date timestamp to the end of it....

Example

Saka, thanks for a great job..

Sorry if you've already tried that as well.

Fireboard Extension
« Reply #44 on: 08 July 2007, 06:22 »
Just purchased. Uninstalled the demo and installed my licensed version. Not 100% sure if that was the appropriate way to upgrade but everything appears to be running smoothly.

I downloaded the Fireboard extension and I can't seemed to get it working with the search.  When I type a search it just takes me straight back to the forum page without any results. If I disable SEF Advanced it works. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
