Hi,

Thanks for the great component.

I appear to be getting the above alert message despite the email addresses being correct. Tested with a number of email accounts.

There is just the popup, then when you click on OK it refreshes back to the previous page with all fields now blank.

Two separate installs both running J1.0.12 ... all required directories/files are writable. In one install there are no "reds" in Joomla admin system info, in the second install the only error is "magic quotes off". I don't think that causes this problem at all.

Which product are you referring to? And on which emails it gives error?
