Hi,

I'm trying to test this component so I can purchase it and it gives me a nasty php error:

[Sat Apr 05 14:47:06 2008] [error] [client IP] PHP Fatal error:  Cannot instantiate non-existent class:  jcache in /domain.com/httpdocs/components/com_apa/includes/common.php on line 0, referer: http://domain.com/

This is what the tester says, in terms of requirements:

Code:
ionCube Loader
Status: Installed: version 3.1.28
Instructions: No additional configuration required.

Server Software
Status: Apache
Instructions: You must run Apache web server. SEF Advance doesn't support IIS.

Additional Information
PHP Version: 5.2.3 (apache2handler)
Operating System: Linux
safe_mode: Disabled
enable_dl: Disabled
Server name: domain.com
Server IP: 1.2.3.4
PHP info: Click here

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Adrian

Hello,

Is this on Joomla! 1.5? When exactly do you experience this error?

Hi,

This is on Joomla 1.5.2. I've created a folder called "albums" in the root folder of Joomla, where I've created another foloder called "RO6" which has jpeg files inside. All files are chmod 777 and corect ownership. I am not able the see the albums in the administrator section and the website shows a blank page.

Cheers,
Adrian

Please contact me on mail with the link and the access info. I can't guess what's wrong without seeing the exact error.
