I have just installed Ajax Photo Album 1.6.0 (after removing the previous version) and am having the issue where the album menu is blank in the back end, and the photos don't display in the front end. I have already tried a chmod 755 on all APA files and directories in components and administrator/components, as well as on the album directory, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Make sure that you setup the right root directory in APA configurations.

I have verified the directory is correct. The frontend lists the albums but does not show the images inside the albums.

In Firefox, I get the JavaScript error "APA is not defined," on the frontend, if that helps.

I have set both those files to 755 but still the same result.
